I’ve finished brainstorming and adding my ideas to the canvas. Can I organize and categorize them?
Hi there thanks for posting in the community. Yes Lucidspark can automatically organize and categorize your ideas for you using Gather and Sort tools accessible in the Primary Toolbar under the Containers button.
You can use Gather to collect a specific type of sticky note according to a certain attribute such as color reaction or tag. For example if you have tagged your ideas with varying degrees of priority you might choose to gather those that are tagged “high priority” so that you can move forward with those and put medium and low priority items on hold.
You can use Sort to categorize all of your ideas by different attributes. For example if you’ve created a list of to-do items and tagged them by the collaborator responsible for their completion you might sort all of the items by collaborator.
