I've imported an organizational chart from excel but I do not want supervisors of some departments looking as if they are at the same level of lower employees or other managers. I just want to make a line longer that connects them to their own manager to show they are slightly above others. Is that possible?

Thanks for reaching out in the community. Your use case is not possible using the org chart import function because that feature only has 3 different layouts to choose from. If you would like to achieve this then you would need to create the org chart from scratch using the org chart shape library and drag and drop your own lines connecting each member of the org.
