I don’t see any capability to identify tiers of employees (director manager etc) when setting up the chart. Does that functionality exist in Lucid Chart?

Thank you for posting in the Community! You can select which employee fields you would like displayed in your org chart from the contextual panel. To open the contextual panel double-click anywhere on your org chart. Next expand the "Employee Fields" dropdown and select the fields you would like displayed on your org chart shapes.
