I'm new can't find LucidChart templates.  I want an org chart that allows tools and data to be interlinked as well.

Thanks for posting in the community welcome to Lucidchart! With Lucidchart you can create an org chart a few different ways! To create an Org Chart you can either start with a new blank document insert an org chart onto a current document or import data from Excel Goggle Sheets a CVS or Bamboo HR! Our Org Charts Help Center Article is a great place to start learning!


Below are tutorials for each option!


Here's how to create an Org Chart as well as screenshots of each step for better reference!


Start on your Lucidchart Home Screen and navigate to New > Lucidchart > Blank Document.



Once in your new document on the left hand side navigate to the Search/Magnifying Glass and search "Org Chart".



The last step is to drag and drop the Org Chart onto your diagram.



To access Org Chart templates navigate to New > Lucidchart > Create from Template.



Next you can either search by keyword or can navigate through the drop down menu. Search “Organization Chart” and you will see our available templates.



In addition to manually creating one and using a template you can also build an Org Chart using your employee data from a separate data source like a CSV Google Sheet or Excel file you can import this into Lucidchart to have it automatically generate your org chart for you.
