I am encountering an inconsistency on jpeg upload to the orgchart. In the same orgchart I've used the same jpeg format to upload the pictures some work some don't.

You got me on that one - I'm in the beginning / learning stages myself . I do hope you get more of a promising response . . . If you haven't found your answer by now I'm sure you'll figure it out if you stay consistent .

Alyssa - can you confirm if you are importing your images via spreadsheet along with your org chart data or if you're manually uploading an image file for each specific employee? Additionally could you please share a screenshot of where the images aren't displaying correctly along with a screenshot of any error messages you're seeing? This will help me to better understand the problem. Thank you!
