Org chart only shows 3 levels. I need to show 10. How do I show 10?

Thanks for posting your question on the community!
You can add a new level/tier in your org chart by hovering your cursor over an employee tile and clicking the red plus sign at the bottom of the tile. This will position the new employee tile as a direct report on the next tier. If you haven't already I recommend enabling the tier to appear when you're working on the chart — this makes it easier to see where each employee is positioned.
To enable the tier to show up in an employee tile:
- Open the org chart editor.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Click the "Employee Fields" drop down.
- Check the box next to "Tier".
