Hi
I would like to make the below kind of org chart. I think this is pretty common - you have some jobs that report to the highest level that you want to show in a "top layer" like the 3 jobs below. In my company we place support functions on the "top layer" and then all the operational teams below. I cannot find a way to do this with the new org charts whereas the old org charts support this.
Can I do it with the new org charts?
If not can I continue using the old org charts?

Thanks for reaching out. This is not currently possible if you are using our new Org Chart shape library and the old Org Chart shape library is no longer usable. Can you please fill out a feature request form with your suggestion?
One potential work-around is to use layers to overlay dotted lines on top of your Org Chart structure. See Create Multi-Layered diagrams for more information and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. Thanks!
