Some of my branches are listed vertically and some are horizontal.
I want them all vertical.
i have ctrl a and highlighted whole chart. Went to layout and clicked on vertical..
Still 2 branched stay horizontal

Try applying the vertical layout individually per manager node instead of the whole chart at once, and reset any layout overrides on those branches where possible and keep us posted.
