In our org some people have short titles and others have long titles. My shapes are sizing themselves accordingly and the result is unpresentable.
How do I control the size of each card so that they present as well as they function?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! To edit the format and style of your Org Chart please take a look at the instructions in this article in the Lucidchart Help Center. Shape sizes can vary due to information that is included. I would recommend playing around with shape styles to see if there is a shape that works best with the information on your Org Chart.
