Thanks for posting in the community! I am happy to help! 

Can you look at the top right-hand corner of the diagram? You should see a purple button that will show your permissions for the document. If it says "View Only" or "Comment Only" etc you will not see any of the org chart editing tools that you might be used to. Let me know if you see that the button has "Share" on it. This means you should be able to edit it. In that case we can start a ticket for you so that I can help you more directly!

I have Edit permission. This question is actually resolved. I was attempting to edit this setting when only selecting part of the diagram. Once I selected the entire diagram I was able to add the field as I expected. Thanks!
