Hi There the lines on my orga chart do not come directly down from the centre of the above employee they seem to go down the sides on some. How do I make sure that the lines are linked from each centre? I have attached an image.

Thanks for reaching out on the Lucidchart Community! You can change the layout for your Org Chart on the right panel. Make sure you to click into the Org Chart prior so that you are editing it specifically. You can then choose one of the other layouts that will provide a more direct line between layers rather than offsetting them (as shown in your screenshot). I have provided below a screenshot of what the layout options look like on the right panel and have highlighted one of the options that may provide the format you are looking for.
