They game me a trial but I can’t access any of my diagrams and my boss sent me a invite to gain access but it isn’t showing up in my email. Is the fault on our end or is there something else we need to do?

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Do you mind checking with your employer to make sure they input the correct email when sending the invite? It’s possible they typed your email incorrectly when sending the invite. Can you also check your spam to see if the email was mistakenly filtered there?
