 “Data Hub > AWS: Imported Accounts'' 


1. Accounts added in credential tab using cross account role ( 21 added) 


2.But those accounts is not getting reflected  under Accounts tab only 6 shows up. 

Hi Uma thank you for contributing to the Lucid Community and for also submitting a support ticket! We will work with you in the support ticket to collect screenshots and take a closer look at your issue. 

For anyone else experiencing this issue please submit a support ticket with the following information: 



  • Refer to our Import and Manage AWS Infrastructure Data from the Lucidscale Help Center article to be sure you've followed the correct import instructions.

  • A screenshot of the "Select Accounts" stage of the import account flow showing all the accounts available for import via your cross-account role credentials.



  • Try importing one of these accounts at a time (instead of all at once). If you are encountering issues with this you send a screenshot of any error messages you encounter.
