Not able to edit Lucidchart documents shared to me by my Admin.Please resolve this issue and provide edit permissions ASAP.

Thanks for posting in the community! Just to make sure we're on the page about sharing functionality please take a moment to review our Collaborate and Share article from our Help Center. One specific thing to note from this resource is the different tiers of sharing permission which can be adjusted using the gray drop-down menu to the right of where you enter the collaborator's email. Please make sure your admin has shared the document with permission to edit. Finally please ask your admin to simply un-share and re-share the documents as this clears up sharing issues the majority of the time.
If none of these tips resolve the issue please submit a ticket here so I can take a closer look and send me the following information:
- The URL of the documents in question
- The email address of the user who is trying to share it with you.
