I am attempting to edit a few of the org charts I’ve created on Lucidchart but now they will not load in order to open. The loading bar stops at about 80 percent and no documents will open. What is the problem? Is there something I can do? Thank you!

They did open in Microsoft Edge, thank you! I was previously using Google Chrome browser to attempt to open. So maybe that just needs some attention. Thank you again!

If your issue is no longer occurring with an incognito window/different browser, this means that it was likely caused by cookie or browser extension interference. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies in a regular browsing session and try again? If the issue persists, I recommend disabling your extensions one by one until you determine which extension is causing the issue.
