I made a couple of new Jira tickets via the "New Jira Issue" feature in a LucidSpark board. The first one I created shows the ticket's status in the top right and allows me to change the status. 


But the next one I made won't show the status. I made another one to test it and am having the same issue. They were identical except for who they were assigned to. And I tried both of those same assignees in test tickets and had the same issue. 


What could be going wrong??
