Same here. Uploading a JPG image with crystal clear text ends up with this garbled mess - WebGL or otherwise... cause?

Thanks for continuing this thread! If WebGL isn't working for you have you tried importing your image in a Chrome incognito window? Have you also tried a different wifi network? These issues are commonly linked to a poor internet connection.
