Are there recommended values for file size/resolution when importing PDFs? (these are of our campus floorplan)

I've tried different resolutions keep getting text degradation.

Hi Russel

Thanks for posting on the community! There are a few things you could try:

  • Toggle off WebGL. This can be done by selecting View > Use WebGL.
  • Copy and paste the image into the document.
  • Try uploading the photo in a Chrome incognito window to narrow down the potential cause.
  • Try using a different Internet network.

You can walk through more detailed steps in our help center article. If the problem still persists or if you have any other questions, please reply in the thread.

Same here. Uploading a JPG image with crystal clear text ends up with this garbled mess - WebGL or otherwise... cause?

Hi Terry

Thanks for continuing this thread! If WebGL isn't working for you have you tried importing your image in a Chrome incognito window? Have you also tried a different wifi network? These issues are commonly linked to a poor internet connection.
