I am a Canvas admin and we have Lucid through the LMS. We have several adults and students who are having issues getting in after answering the age requirement. We are a high school and our students are over 13, however, how do we reset those students who did not read correctly and selected the wrong answer with the age statement? Do I have access to assist? Do I redirect students and educators somewhere else. This has become a huge issue in our district to use this technology seamlessly.
