My Shapes within the shape library with all my custom shapes, which has consumed many hours of time, some of which are quite intricate objects, not to mention all corporate branding, have disappeared and no longer appear under My Shapes in shape library … No billing nor account issue (account owner).
How can I get this raised with the team to investigate …?
