I am PAYING for an upgraded LucidChart Plan with Unlimited Documents. When I attempt to use the IPad app it takes me to a website and I’m “limited to the last three documents.” Lucid loses my account information. Today was the FIFTH time this has happened.


My patience is growing very thin. 
They have a great app but this experience is frustrating and I’m looking for a more reliable alternative.
