I logged in to the platform yesterday and found that all my boards (chart and spark) had disappeared. I barely found a link to one of the boards. At first, I saw it in the view mode, but it disappeared today as well

UPD: I found an email that I received on the day I discovered the problem, saying that I supposedly registered as a new user. Although I worked on the platform for about 5 years

But I didn't only use it in September. Everything was still in place last week.

Hi @Chelogvin and @kgantner, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Sorry you’re having trouble here but I’m happy to help.

If your work is lost, I recommend the following steps first:

  1. The document(s) may still be there. Can you double check that you're in the correct account? Sometimes users will use single sign on while signed into a different email account, which can produce errors. I suggest that you make sure you've checked any and all Lucid accounts that might be under your email address(es).
  2. It is easy to accidentally delete documents. Could you please check that the documents aren’t in your trash? If the document is in the trash, check out this Community post.
  3. If the documents were shared with you and now you no longer see them in your account it is possible that whoever shared it with you rescinded your access. We would recommend reaching out to whoever owns the document to have them re-share it with you.
  4. Your documents might be hiding in your browser history. If you carefully look through your browser history when you last worked on the document, you might be able to find it.

Can you attempt the above and let me know if any of these work for you?

If none of these options work, could you please provide the document name and a Technical Support PIN for your account? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN

I tried these options, but to no avail. I always logged into my account using Google. Maybe I'm crazy and messed up, but I can't remember what other accounts I could have used to log in and work here. Perhaps you could tell me who owns this board, because I created it.

My PIN: iuGeIosZOKDkCACH4IkWQdPopot63gkym3216647838

Hi @Chelogvin, thanks for getting back to me with that information! To protect your privacy, I’ve removed the link to your document from your comment here.

Would you mind telling me the name of one of the documents you’re hoping to locate? This will help me to take a closer look.

Looking in your account, I can see that two documents are in your trash folder. Are either of these the documents you’re looking for, or something else? You can restore a document to your account and its previous folder by hovering over the document’s thumbnail and selecting Restore

If you need the title to look in the trash, it's pointless. I've already searched through all the folders, and my documents aren't there. Currently, the trash contains documents I created after the problem occurred.

I understand that you have a privacy policy that requires you to delete links to my documents in the public domain. However, as the author, I consent to publication, so this doesn't matter. Perhaps there's another way to provide you with links to my documents, as they're all saved in my browser history.

I had six documents (three in Spark, three in Chart), but I don't remember all the names. I remember three for sure:

  1. “Теоретические изыскания”
  2. “ШПУ”
  3. “Системно-структурные схемы”

Hi @Chelogvin, thank you for getting back to me with that detailed information. I apologize for any confusion here.

I took a closer look into your account details- Unfortunately your account is associated with a sanctioned country, so to remain compliant with US sanction laws, it has been closed.

Due to this, you will not be able to access your documents associated with your account.

Where was the information that accounts associated with the sanctioned country would be deleted? No one warned me about this. My email is empty. Just because my posts are in Russian doesn't mean I'm using the platform from Russia. In any case, I would like to get my documents back in any format. At least so I can save them locally. Perhaps a PDF or some other format. At least screenshots. They contain valuable data I've been working on for years, and it would be very inhumane to delete them forever; they have nothing to do with politics. I count on your favor.

Hi @Chelogvin, thanks for your response.

I’m converting this to a private support ticket to get you directed to the right team. You will receive an email with further communication.
