When I go to my Documents Page I see my folders but they look like they are not being displayed with any kind of folder image just like a blank outline of what a folder would look like.
Am I seeing this correctly? Thanks for any feedback.

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Yes the folders should appear light gray or as if they are blank. Once you go into the folder your documents should be there and you should be able to see a preview of those. Please let me know if you have any troubles with this!
