Whats the tip for a diagram's design to be adjusted automatically ?
Mine looks hand made and I guess there is a tip for a automated diagram.

Are you looking for the Auto Layout feature? It’s located in the Arrange menu in the top bar.
You can also go to View → Show Styles if there is a specific look you are going for.
