Hi,

I have a lucid chart - mind-map - which I can see/edit/use in the browser but I don’t see this chart on my iOS devices.

Thx a lot,

Christian

Hi @christian.laemmerer

How about the other representation other than Chart in the IOS Device

Is this your first attempt at accessing this on an iOS device, and have you had success with it in the past?

Regards

Hi, i can see the other reprenstations in the app (incl. a mind-map - which is the template I used for the missing one).

Yes, I’m new to Lucidcharts. But I’ve tried it on 2 different devices and on both that specific file is missing.

Thanks!

BR, Christian

Thanks @christian.laemmerer for the insight, seems this is document specific issue, to research more will wait for the internal team to take it forward.

Hi @christian.laemmerer, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! And thank you for your help here @Humas1985

@christian.laemmerer, would you mind copying and pasting your content into a new document to see if you can see it on your iOS device when it is not attached to your original document? If the issue persists, can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. I appreciate your help and patience!

Hi,

and thank you guys for your help.

1st of all the issue persist. But I may have found the reason @Humas1985 and @Amelia W .

Charts with classified as “Lucid-Spark” do NOT show up in the iOS Apps. Charts classified as “Lucid-Chart” do show up in iOS.

Thank you for your help

Hi @christian.laemmerer, good catch! There is a separate Lucidspark iOS app, so you can download that application to access your Lucidspark boards on your mobile device. For more information, check out our Use Lucidspark on the iOS mobile app article from the Lucid Help Center. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Ah, I didn’t know that there would be 2 different apps.

Yes, Lucidspark and Lucidchart have their own iOS apps, I apologize for the confusion there! Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with!
