I’m using the Mind Map template. It automatically puts each parent in the same vertical alignment. As I add multiple children to each it makes the visual too tall for a PowerPoint slide. How can you pull specific parents further from the core idea?

Thanks for posting to the Lucid Community! It all depends on the type of template you are using. Some mind map templates will allow you to move around the elements, while others will not. For example, the mind map template pictured below will not allow you to move individual mind map elements.

However, templates like the ones listed below will enable you to move individual elements by clicking and dragging them. If you are currently unable to move around the elements on your mind map, it might be because you are using a template that does not allow it.
