If I have a business account with documents created and owned by multiple users and I want to bulk transfer those into a new business account does each person have to follow the backup & restore process individually?
Or is there a way to migrate everything all at once?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! It seems like you have submitted a support ticket and one or our agents is already working with you to get your request taken care of.
For those interested in learning more about how our backup/restore function works in Team and Enterprise accounts it is indeed available only on a user-level basis – users need to backup/restore their own documents meaning that it is currently not possible to bulk backup/restore documents for all users on an account at once. Fore more information we would recommend checking out the Transfer via Backup/Restore section of the Transfer Files article from the Lucidchart Help Center.
