After installing the plugin login was performed normally.


But the chart list does not finish loading and nothing is displayed.


Is there any problem with MS Word pluging now?


In addition I checked that it works normally in PowerPoint.

Hi @yang w thanks for posting in the community! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Microsoft Word add-on and am happy to help. 

As a first step I recommend trying to connect to an alternate network to help narrow down the cause of the issue. If that doesn't help improve the issue please try uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in (please note that if the add-in has been deployed by your admin you will be unable to uninstall).
