It looks like we are currently experiencing an issue with our Word integration appearing in the MS App store. Our engineers are aware of the issue and I have passed on your report. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. Our team is looking into the issue and I will be sure to let you know as soon as I have any updates on this.

In the meantime you should be able to insert Lucidchart diagrams into your Word documents by exporting your diagram as a PNG and inserting that file into your Word document. This will provide behavior that is very similar to that provided by the add-in.

Good news! I have heard back from our development team and it sounds like the issue you experienced should now be resolved and the Lucidchart Microsoft Word plug-in should now show as expected in the app store. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
