I have a flowchart with several process boxes - some have notes attached
How can I share the process flow template to persons that don't have access to the software in a way that allows the notes to be seen...

Thanks for posting in the Community!
Anyone you share the document with should have the ability to see the notes you attached. This includes view/comment only users who can view attached notes via on-canvas icon and image preview.
