Managing team lead level across different hierarchies - all individual contributors on one level

Question

Dear community,

We have an org chart where some departments have an additional layer of hierarchies compared to other departments. Consequently, person A on the example chart below is a team lead and on the same level, person B is shown who is an individual contributor in the customer success team.

Is there any way to ensure that all individual contributors are shown on the same level?

Hi @luciduser_1234, thanks for this question! Unfortunately, this sort of manual determination of the tiers within your org chart isn’t currently supported in Lucidchart. However, we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to making improvements to our products.
