Hi
We have tried to make the two way sync feature work with Lucid Cards for Jira Integration. Originally we were able to convert a Lucidspark object to a Jira card within Lucidspark. We were also able to make a change to the new Jira issue from within Jira and eventually see the update within Lucidspark. So far so good. Now here's the problem. The attempt to edit the Jira card within Lucidspark does not allow many of the default fields to be editable. In an attempt to debug this integration the guidance was to use Lucid Card for Jira Integration. We also noticed that there was a Jira Cloud Integration plugin as well which was the add-in that likely allowed us to create the initial Jira Cloud integration to create the first issues. Once we added the Lucid Cards for Jira Integration add-in we lost the ability to also create new Jira Cards.
No where in the Lucidspark documentation does it mention that the Jira Cloud Integration is required before we setup the Lucid Cards for Jira Integration add-in. Is it possible that the two add-ins are conflicting? Should we remove the Jira Cloud Integration add-in leaving only the Lucid Cards for Jira add-in? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
