When I click on accept and edit it does not work and gives a something is wrong error message.


 


My configuration is lucidspark a different work account and teams is on a different account.

The first thing I would recommend is to try again in a private or incognito window and try connecting to a different network. Sometimes such issue can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

If those don’t resolve the problem can you please file a support request so that we can take a closer look?


Please make sure that you file your support request using the email address directly associated with your Lucid account and include the following:



  • A screenshot of the issue.

  • The URL to your board.

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
