Hey Lucid users -- if you are having trouble with Comments there are a few things to check out:

• Commenting isn’t available to all account levels. Please see the Lucidspark Plans article for more information on the collaboration features available at each account level.



• You can leave a comment on a shape by selecting it and clicking the Comment icon from the Context toolbar or by going to the comment manager in Collaboration Tools in the top right corner and using clicking the “+” button.



• Comments allow you to tie feedback to a specific shape or the whole canvas whereas Chat is for general communication with other collaborators currently on the document.



• You can tag collaborators in comments by using the “@” symbol followed by their name or email address.
