Thanks for posting your question in the community! This could be due to a couple factors.

1. Data refresh is available to Enterprise accounts only. You can read more about Account Types here.


2. If you're on an Enterprise account it's possible this is a setting that is disabled by the account owner in which case you can work with them (or your internal IT team) to get it enabled.
