Lucidchart Jive not working

I have set up a trial of LucidChart as an addin for Jive X (cloud).  I have the team set up and am in Jive creating a document.  When I type '!' to trigger it I get the following error message:

I only have a few days trial to get this working I am am limited to 7 days.  We just need to see if lucidchart will provide us with diagramming in our Jive community.

Hi Alann! Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for any trouble. I just checked your account and it doesn't appear that you've connected your Lucidchart team account to your Jive account yet.
