My Lucidchart folder is linked to and accessible from my Google Drive. However, all attempts to search for Lucidcharts in Google drive turn up empty. I have tried all remedies proposed elsewhere in this forum, including unlinking and relinking Lucidchart to Google Drive, but this has not fixed the problem. I see that many other users are experiencing the same. Do Lucidchart Developers anticipate being able to address this issue in 2025?

@Sharon D Here is an article all about integrating Lucidchart with Google Drive:

It sounds to me that it’s possible that an incorrect account is linked, either an incorrect Lucid account or an incorrect Google account. It is possible to accidentally create a new Lucid account through Google. Keep in mind that both accounts need to have the same email address. For example, if your Lucid account uses your work email, your Google account must also use the same work email.

Also a Google sign-on is completely different from a Google sync as one does not create the other.

I hope that helps!

Thank you @aparrish for your help and resources! The Integrate Lucidchart with Google Drive article from the Help Center is a great resource to start with for anyone who may come across this post.

@Sharon D,  Can you confirm that you are searching within the correct Google Drive account, ensuring that your Google email address matches the email associated with your Lucid account?

Any file structure that you had set up in Lucidchart will not be carried over to Google Drive in the sync. All synced diagrams will initially be put under one folder named Lucidchart. From there, you can move them wherever you wish.

To clarify - you able to see your diagrams within your Lucidchart folder, correct? When you attempt to search for a specific Lucid document title from within Google Drive, is that when you encounter issues? Does the search result come up completely blank, with no Lucid document shown?

Thank you for your help and patience!
