Hello, our users complains about impossibility to insert LucidChart diagrams into Confluence articles, which was confirmed

Hi @evgeniy.lepilin, thanks for confirming. Can you please access Confluence within an incognito/private window and confirm if you still experience the issue there? This will help us understand more about what’s happening. Additionally, if you can reproduce it, can you share a screenshot of the Javascript console when the issue occurs? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).

@evgeniy.lepilin One more tip! Would you mind enabling 3rd party cookies and then trying again? Please take a look at this article for information on how to do this.

Hi @evgeniy.lepilin, thanks for getting back to me. Can you confirm that you have published the change to your Confluence page after inserting the diagram? The diagram will appear as an image within the editor interface, but should have the typical frame around it after saving.  

 

Additionally, can you confirm this is happening regardless of:

  • the diagram you are inserting
  • the Confluence page you’re inserting the diagram into
  • where within the page you’re inserting the diagram
