Why do my Lucid documents looks fine in Lucid but when I export it to a pdf or print it, my notes etc. are now offset from what it looks like?  See areas in red.

Hi @ggrattan, thank you for posting in the community! It looks like the images you included aren’t displaying, would you mind sharing the examples again so that we can take a closer look? In the meantime, I also recommend checking out this Troubleshooting: Export or print a document article for some additional troubleshooting steps you can try.

Thank you for your help! Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Hopefully this works better.

I forgot to add that the base image is a PDF that was inserted as an image.  The red is added text.

I turned off the Snap to selections in settings and that seems to have fixed the problem although had to create a new document for that to take affect.  Problem solved for now.

Hi @ggrattan, thank you for sharing the new screenshot and an update. I’m glad to hear that disabling Snap to selections helped resolve the issue. To confirm, are you referring to one of the following document settings?

I would be happy to take a closer look on my end as well. Would you mind sharing a temporary Document Support PIN to an example document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here. You are also welcome to share the PIN with me in a DM.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!
