Lucid Migration from cloud confluence to another cloud instance

Hi

I need your help in understanding the migration of lucid charts from one cloud Confluence instance to another.
Our customer has another cloud instance of Confluence which contains lucid charts in some of the pages. We need to migrate them into our instance.

I tried migration of confluence to confluence cloud. However since Lucid is a 3rd party app the lucid chart were failed to migrate.

Can you help how can we migrate lucid to another cloud confluence?

Hi Monika we don't have a built out migration path at this time so in order to have your inserted diagrams display after you migrate you will need to reinsert/select to update them. This is needed in order to have the URL associated with that diagram point to your new instance rather than your old one. This will allow them to display correctly in the frame again.
