I want to raise a complaint about the Lucid Jira send box. It is not updating ticket statuses in real-time.

Thanks for reaching out - sorry to hear that the Jira Cards aren’t working as you expected. I can’t access the link that you’ve shared but would be happy to see what I can do to help. To clarify, is the status Jira Issue that you’ve imported into lucid as a “Jira Card” not syncing when you change it in Jira? For example, you change the status in Jira to something like “Closed” and it still shows a previous status in Lucid?

 

If you are able to share screenshots, that would help as well.
