Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible with the Jira card integration on lucidSpark to show not only the name of the jira ticket but also the description or a summary on the card itself.

Currently what shows on the card is the name of the ticket/priority/assignee and ticket number. It would be really helpful to see a summary under the jira ticket card.

For instance like this but this would come from the description field from JIRA or another custom field for instance.

Not sure whether it is possible, otherwise it is an idea to improve as currently it is somehow limited to understand sometimes what the jira card is about without a description or summary

Hi @Timmy1986

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! After further testing on my end, I don’t believe this is a feature in the Lucidspark and Jira integration. However, you can post about this as an idea and it will be shared with our product development team for consideration.

Hi @Timmy1986 - This is something not possible at this time.

This question is 11 month old, so I was wondering if there some progress on the description field function? I understand it can be too much information to display on the Jira story card but it can be a nice feature to have it show as a hover over option? Thank you!

Hi @LENA.BURLAK, thank you for adding to this thread! Unfortunately, this feature is not currently supported in Lucid, but we are very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products.

If you would like to leave feedback for our product development teams, I would recommend sharing details about what you’d like to see in this experience in the threads below. Additionally, upvoting the posts is the best way to show your support for this feature.
