Lucid Administrator - add people to a chart where the teammate is no longer with the company

Hi I'm the for my Lucid Administrator

we had someone leave the company who created a few charts and connected them with the teammates. New hires cannot access that chart. Is there a way for the administrator to add new people to the chart that was created by the person that left?

I believe the license of the person that left is still active and hasn't been deleted.

If it had been deleted is there another way to recover the information for the team?
