Hi Team


I have marked my work complete but I am still receiving email reminders to update the luchichart.


Please let me know how can I stop receiving the reminder.

Hi @tian tian s thanks for posting in the community! It sounds like you may have set up a reminder for the document(s). If that's the case you can easily disable these reminders by following these steps:



  1. From "My Documents" hover your cursor over a document.

  2. Select More.

  3. From the menu select Set Reminder.

  4. Uncheck the box and click 'OK' to confirm. 


If you would like to enable reminders for a document just follow the above steps and in step 4 check the box instead. For more information I recommend taking a look at this Help Center article about notifications and reminders!
