For others who have a missing document please take the following initial steps:

• Check that you are logged into the correct account. Sometimes SSO directs users to an account other than the one they believe they are logging into. It is also helpful to check any and all email addresses which may belong to a Lucidchart account.


• Check your Trash to ensure you haven't accidentally deleted the document. 


• If the document was shared with you your collaborator may have rescinded access. We would recommend reaching out to whoever owns the document to have them re-share it with you.

If none of these help please carefully inspect your browser history for the URL to your missing document and submit it in a support ticket here. Our team would be happy to take a closer look!
