Lost document

Hi there

I have lost one important document from a folder.
It just suddenly disappeared as I was deleting another document from the same folder.

I can't find both in the Trash.

It's from a shared folder.

Please help.

Thanks for posting in the community. If you're the collaborator but not the owner of a document the document should still be accessible within your "Shared with Me" folder. If the document doesn't appear in your "Shared with Me" folder it's possible that your permissions for the document may have been revoked by the creator. If neither of these situations apply please contact us here and include the name of the document and a URL if possible.
