Starting Monday, I found that all of my previously created documents were missing in Lucid.  I had a folder under “My Documents” with all of the various sub-folders and 5+ years of work.  Starting Monday, that folder is gone.  I can still get into Lucid and I can create new diagrams, but all existing are gone (and checked trash).  I checked with our admin and she can’t see what is wrong and suggested I log a ticket, which I did.  Not sure of the status of that ticket since as of this morning, the link no longer works.  Below are some other points.

  • Everything that has been shared with me is still present and I can open.
  • No changes in my license.
  • I believe I got a message from Lucid of a new version last week.
  • I found links in browser history and elsewhere and when I click them, I get a message that I don’t have access to the diagram.
  • None of the stuff that I was working on last week appears in the Recent folder.
  • I tried a Confluence page that I created and from which I linked to a Lucid based diagram that I created and when I try to launch the update of the diagram, the option is grayed out with message I don’t have access.
