I am trying to export a process map to visio. I am losing most of the text in my process boxes during the export. I have tried both export options (beta version shows as being corrupt). Any suggestions appreciated.

+7Hi AJ thanks for posting. We received your support request about this and have followed up so that we can troubleshoot with you directly via email.
If anyone else is having issues with exporting to Visio I recommend first trying to export your document in an alternative Visio format (VDX or VSDX).
File size can also affect the export process. If your Lucidchart document is particularly large you may need to modify it to achieve better results. If your file has multiple pages try re-saving it to multiple files that have fewer pages and/or objects.
If those tips don't help contact the Support team via this form. Please make sure to include the URL of the document you are trying to export and a screenshot of the error you are seeing in Visio.
