I am looking for solutions partners that can take existing PDF versions of process flows/charts and create new Lucid Charts from them.

+5Hi there thanks for posting in Lucid Community! The type of file you can import into Lucidchart are Visio Gliffy Draw.io and OmniGraffle files. Please see this Help center article for more details: Import Files from Visio Gliffy Draw.io and OmniGraffle.
However you should have the ability to import a PDF file into your Lucidchart document by clicking on the Insert menu and selecting PDF (please see screenshot below).
