Loading from the google sheet connections with descriptions

I would like to connect excel/google sheet like (including much more connections and entities) :

What would get updated whenever I change the source file

Thanks for the screenshots.  You can connect your sheet by using the 'plus' icon within the Data tab.  

Once you have dragged your data into the shapes you wish to populate the data will be linked.   If you change your source Sheet you can use the refresh icon to update your shapes.
