I connected to lucid chart list of elements (process steps / persons) via google sheet and now I would like to load the same way the dependencies between them with text description (Yes/No strong/week etc..). Please advice how to do so ?

Thanks for the screenshots. You can connect your sheet by using the 'plus' icon within the Data tab.
Once you have dragged your data into the shapes you wish to populate the data will be linked. If you change your source Sheet you can use the refresh icon to update your shapes.
